Start celebrating Independence Day early and enjoy patriotic standards as the Bay View Neighborhood Association and the Milwaukee County Parks present The Milwaukee American Legion Band at Chill on the Hill this week! This Tuesday's music is generously sponsored by Community Care, Inc.
Chill on the Hill happens every Tuesday night at the Humboldt Park bandshell. Bring a lawnchair, a blanket and a friend and lounge on the lawn; parking is plentiful and the Milwaukee County Parks concessions truck will be on-hand for refreshments.
The Milwaukee American Legion Band is a non-profit organization consisting of talented and dedicated musicians from all over Southeastern Wisconsin. An award-winning group with an over-85-year history, the Band specializes in traditional and patriotic Concert Band music – music that captures the very heart of American culture.
