&lt;p&gt;I heard on the radio the other day that if we ate 20% less red meat, it&amp;#39;s the equivalent environmental impact of switching from an SUV to a &amp;nbsp;small hybrid. Maybe it&amp;#39;s the little changes that will make a difference. The restaurant concept is an interesting one, indeed. Your review certainly makes it worth considering.&lt;/p&gt;
