FALL REGISTRATION
The Germantown Park & Recreation Department’s Annual Fall/Winter/Spring Brochure for 2007-2008 will be mailed to residents the week of August 13th, if somehow the mail does not bring you your booklet by Thursday, August 16th we suggest you stop by our office to receive one.
PRIORITY REGISTRATION FOR VILLAGE & SCHOOL DISTRICT RESIDENTS WILL BE BY MAIL, DROP BOX OR FAX & WILL RANDOMLY BE PROCESSED BEGINNING ON MONDAY AUGUST 2OTH. Village and School District Residents may MAIL-IN, put in DROP BOX or FAX (with credit card payment) registrations immediately upon receiving the brochure. Complete a household form (if you have not done so already) as well as a registration form in its entirety and return it along with your payment using one of the methods listed. Checks must have your address imprinted on them for proof of residency, DO NOT SEND CASH:
MAIL: Germantown Park & Recreation Dept., N112 W17001 Mequon Rd, P.O. Box 337, Germantown, WI 53022. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for confirmation receipt.
DROP BOX: a 24 hour drop box is located to the right of the front door of Village Hall. Place in a sealed envelope marked Park & Recreation Registration. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for confirmation receipt.
FAX: 253-8255, credit card payment information must accompany all fax registrations or they will not be processed. No confirmations/receipts sent without self-addressed stamped envelope.
PROCEDURE: All registrations received prior to Monday, August 20th will be held and randomly processed on August 20th . All registrations received on or after August 20th will be randomly processed according to the date received. Village and School District Residents may continue to mail, put in drop box, or fax registrations until classes are full.
NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATIONS: Non-resident registrations will be accepted by mail/drop box/fax and will be processed randomly with Residents and School District Residents on Wednesday, August 22nd.
IN-PERSON/WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS: Will be accepted on Monday, August 27th until classes fill. Registrations will be accepted by family members ONLY. Registrations will continue during normal office hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) until classes are full. QUESTIONS: Please call the Germantown Recreation Department at 250-4710.
PROGRAM OFFERINGS: Come discover the fun, there are a variety of leisure activities for all ages including: 1st & 2nd grade buckets, bucketeer basketball, open basketball, open volleyball, gymnastics, youth dance, pom pons, mini poms, cheerleading, craft classes, Kids Cuisine, baby sign classes, Kids Klub before and after school program, Nature Hikes, mad science, computer classes, modeling classes, yoga, aerobics, and enrichment classes including landscaping, electrical wiring and financial classes.
