SUMMER RECREATION REGISTRATION BEGINSVillage and School District Residents - Monday, May 5th at 8:00 a.m.Non-residents - Monday, May 12th at 8:00 a.m. ONLINE: NEW – Register online at www.village.germantown.wi.us To use this option call our office for your user name and password ahead of time. Register online at www.village.germantown.wi.us to increase the chances of getting into the classes of your choice.MAIL-IN: Germantown Park & Recreation Dept., N112 W17001 Mequon Rd, P.O. Box 337, Germantown, WI 53022. DROP BOX: A 24 hour drop box is located to the right of the front door of Village Hall. Place in a sealed envelope marked Park & Rec. Registration. FAX: 255-2920, credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover only) payment information MUST accompany all fax registrations or they will not be processed. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION BEGINS MONDAY, MAY 19th: Registrations will continue during normal office hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) on a first come, first serve basis until classes are full.PLEASE NOTE: · MAIL-IN, DROP BOX or FAX registrations for Village & School District Residents received PRIOR to Monday, May 5th or Non-Residents received PRIOR to Monday, May 12th will be held and processed randomly. · MAIL-IN, DROP BOX or FAX registrations for Village & School District Residents received ON OR AFTER May 5th and Non-Residents received ON OR AFTER May 12th will be randomly processed according to the date received. You may continue to register until classes are full. If you did not get into a class your account will automatically be credited unless otherwise notified.· No confirmation/receipts sent without self-addressed stamped envelope OR print your own receipt from your online account. Separate checks for multiple registrations are not necessary.
