Don’t forget to sign up for “Greendale Reads” on April 12! This time around we are reading and discussing “The Turk and My Mother” by Mary Helen Stefaniak. “The Turk and My Mother” is a heartwarming tale that captures the history -- and secrets -- of a Croatian- American family that settles in Milwaukee after World War I. The book discussion will be led by Dr. Ed Block, Professor from the Marquette University English Department. The discussion takes place at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 12 in the Library’s Multi-Purpose Room (lower level). All are welcome, but registration is required. Call the Library at 423-2136 to register.
