The Solution to the Tall Grass Water Tower Debate

Let’s put to rest all the controversy over the Tall Grass water tower issue.

I have a “kill two birds” proposal that I am sure will please the folks of the Tall Grass community as well as those who live and work in downtown Waukesha.

If Tall Grass doesn’t want an unsightly water tower in their neighborhood, simply put the tower downtown.

There is a prime piece of real estate located at 319 East Main Avenue that would be perfect for your tower and I am almost certain that the surrounding neighbors will support the construction 100%.

And if, in the future, you need another water tower, please feel free to look at the property at 477 W. Main Street.

The neighbors there will also gladly support a tower, maybe with a little landscaping, an out building fashioned out of limestone to reflect a historic look, and brick driveway for access.

Sounds nice.

And, if Tall Grass (or any other community that doesn’t like the looks of water towers out their front window) needs another tower, I am sure the folks over on Prospect Court wouldn’t mind a tower on the corner of Prospect and 337 West Avenue.

Bring us your water towers people! You will improve your property value and we will improve ours.

Win, win.
