GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR HOME COMPUTER This class explores some of the basics and more interesting but lesser known areas of home computing.  You will learn more about using your computer for tasks that you may not use it for now, including learning the terminology, resources on the internet, creating various documents, learning how to save and find files, and customizing settings on your computer.  This course is intended for anyone that is somewhat new to home computers or just wants to learn more about the basics. This class will be held on Monday evenings, June 16 – July 21, 6:00 – 7:20PM in the Senior High – Room 2105.

LEARNING MICROSOFT OFFICE  This is a beginning course for leaning the various programs of the Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.  How to use these programs at home or work will be explored.  This class is intended for people who have a basic knowledge of their computer, or are also taking the “Getting the most out of your home computer” class in conjunction with this class. This class will be held on Wednesday evenings June 18 – July 23, from 7:30 – 8:50 pm in the Senior High – Room 2105 (entrance 22).

INTERMEDIATE MICROSOFT OFFICE  This course will go into a higher level of using the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel and Power Point.  Creating more sophisticated and more technically useful documents is a goal of this course.  A good working knowledge of these programs or previous completion of the Recreation Department “Learning Microsoft Office” course (or a similar class) would be very helpful to get the most out of this class. This class will be held on Wednesday evenings June 18 – July 23, from 6:00 – 7:20 PM in the Senior High – Room 2105 (entrance 24).
